I have one of the older Moome DVI cards, I think its model PWC-M2005A+ in a NEC 1352. It works fine with my Motorola HD cable box in multiple resolutions. I recently added a PS3 for a bluray player and to do some gaming and I saved some signal data to the memory for both 1080i and 720p on setup and they sync up fine. Both memory locations are in the first 10 slots and the PS3 has the latest update.

When I change resolutions in the PS3 from 1080i to 720p it does not automatically switch to the correct memory stored for that signal. I cant even see the screen since its out of sync but I can manually switch to the memory location with the remote and it syncs up. This doesnt happen when going from 720p to 1080i, that switch happens automatically. Ive even changed the order of the memory locations with no change.

Anyone have any ideas?

posting my own answer here for the search feature.

Silly me had source lock on the 1080i memory data bank. It prevented the projector from switching to the 720p saved setting properly.
