Hi everyone,
I'm in the process of transferring some old home videos of my dad, taken in 1987, onto DVDs for the family. The original is a VHS tape which has been in storage at my apartment. To the best of my knowledge it is the master.
When I went to transfer this video to DVD using my SV-2000, the colors were too bright - perhaps washed out? The greens and blues were much too bright. I still went ahead and transferred it to DVD anyway. I've transferred other tapes to DVD with this unit and haven't had this issue, so I know it's probably the tape.
Now I just need to know if there's anything I can do to fix this problem. I don't have a DVD-burner on my PC yet but am considering investing in one. Also, is using software with a DVD-burner for PC the only real practical way to fix this, and other video problems?
Thanx for your help.
Lynda :)
