Hello , I have a PAL STB and a NTSC TV , i understand i need to convert this signal from PAL to NTSC , can i use any dvd recorder like the cyberhom ch 1600 or the liteon 5005, by giving input to the AV in and taking output from the AV out.PLssssssss help me out

You're gonna need a systems converter. I can't believe the 2 DVDR's you mentioned have a systems converter built in. You could check world-import.com
They have some, there not cheap, and you could also go the multisystem TV route.
