Link to test patterns http://homepage.mac.com/nashou.66/FileSharing9.html Athanasios Is there a reason the intensity of the focus dot pattern varies through the pattern? Seems like that wouldn't be a good idea. nashou66 01-18-08, 09:16 AM I havn't really looked at those yet on my theater screen just tested it on my comp. I found them some where from a link on one of the AVS forums but never booked maked it. Athanasios PS. if some one has a 720p test pattern like the avec one for 1080i it be great also looking for a 1920x800/817p pattern for 2.35/40 aspect ratio for those who want to do Active area scanning to run higher refresh rates with out loosing bandwith. garyfritz 01-18-08, 10:43 AM 1031, JPG is not a good format for images like this. It tends to "blur" the patterns, which is exactly what you don't want. GIF or PNG is much better for sharp-edged computer-generated images. 1031 01-19-08, 01:29 AM 1031, JPG is not a good format for images like this. It tends to "blur" the patterns, Thanks, thats good to know. |
