I created an intro to my home theatre like the one below:

I was wondering if there is any way to put it on the PS3 hard drive and have it play automatically before a BD movie.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

I don't know how to do that. But nice job! What did you use to create that?

It would be possible if you were running Linux on your PS3. You can write a script to launch your file to play, then open up the BD.

It was created with Blender, a free program. There is a thread on it in the Dedicated Home Theatre forum on AVS.

Peter,

After the rendering is done, you will have a large AVI file with no sound. You should do a search for VirtualDub Mod and download the program. Then you get the soundtrack (I have it if you need it) and mesh it to the avi with Virtual Dub.

I can walk you through the process when your render is complete - just PM me

Thanks!
