Guys, Firstly what a great forum this is , im in melbourne Australia and love looking at you HT builds

I now have the oportunity to build my own house, with 4 kids im limited to what i can have

I have attached a rough image of the room including dimentions and would like some advice.



Only a small part of the room actually attaches the the rest of the house, so do i need to use a lot of Sound proofing

Also this part is a single storey so i dont have to worry about anyone above

The other advantage is my house is the last on the road and the theatre side backs onto a park so dont have to worry about noise.


I want to have at least 7 reclining cinema chairs.

What sort of advice can you give me about setting this up.... Big thanks in advance
