Hey!

I own the DV-SP1000 (bought it in the US) and have been using it in India. Recently the power supply blew out, and now the Onkyo India support team is telling me that they are not authorized to even open any Onkyo equipment that is not sold in India! :mad:

I was wondering, if anyone of you knew of any contacts in the Japan office, i've been trying to find an email address of one of their head people in Japan (not a feedback form), so I can get in touch with them. :(

:confused: Good luck with Onkyo's support. I've recently had to deal with them with my Integra DPS 10.5........ There is no support...........:mad: It took them about a month to respond to my email and all they had to say is I better bring it in to a service center. I know I have to bring it in to a service center, I just wanted to know if there is a fix for the lip/sync problem. My phone conversations were no different with them other than I believe they are mad at me and avoiding me. The only way you can email Japan's web site is in their native language. Goggle onkyo and you can find the Japanese web site. GOOD LUCK with your problem. :confused:

I guess its important to research customer support before researching a product! I got a call from their service center, and they said they'll fix it but it may take more than a month!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
