Heres my stupid question of the day. I picked up Pan's Labyrinth as one of my free instant movies with my Blu player (I'm now Purple!). It definately looks like my kind of flick! I have not opened it yet, but I noticed the specs on the back cover say audio is 7.1 SPANISH! Am I destined to watch this movie with English subtitles?

Yes it is Spanish with sub-titles but the odd thing is after about 10 minutes you forget about that. The movie just flows along and takes you with it. It's a very powerful movie. No simple little fairy tale here.

This movie can have no dialogue and it would still be well told. That's the mark of a good director.

Yes it has subtitles. And yes it is more than well worth it. You're missing out big time, on a lot of incredible movies, if reading subtitles for a movie is a deal breaker.
