I have a linksys WRT54GS wireless router and it has been solid for the last year only reset it maybe 3 times in 12 months, but since adding the ps3 about 5-6 days ago here (I am running it in wireless mode) I have had to reset the router like 2-3x daily just to get things working again :(

PS3 reports network issues can't connect (yet if i reset router it connects and downloads for hours fine), and it seems random but I walk into my pc room here (wired pc off router) and it shows me with no connection and I again need to reboot router to get back online.

Are there any router settings I should check or try to adjust that might help ths issue?

Just went to the linksys site and updated my firmware, maybe that will help ....

Hopefully, the firmware update will help. I was having similar issues a month or so ago with one of my laptops intermittently dropping connections. Then one day I couldn't get to the net with any of my PCs. Could connect to the router and the router could see the net, but none of the computers could get through.

After updating the firmware, all has been solid since. I didn't have a PS3 in the mix at the time, but I doubt the PS3 is causing the issue with the router.
