My memory card adapter should be arriving Wednesday so I can finally finish FFXII which I invested 50 long hours in over break. Anyway I was thinking I'd fire up Uncharted between now and then if it isn't really long. I don't wanna start Uncharted then take a break while I finish FFXII though, and I'm definitely starting FFXII immediately when that adapter arrives because I'm itching to finish it. So how long is Uncharted? Could I tackle it between now and Wednesday?

8 - 9 hours seems to be about average. Personally I spent almost 12 hours on my first playthrough and about 15 more hours playing through on crushing and getting everything for 100%.

I beat it in a weekend. George's estimate of 8-9 is probably about right. Took me about 12 on the first playthrough simply because I was spending all kinds of time just looking at stuff.

First time through (on Hard), I beat it in 9hrs, 59mins.

On easier difficulties or on a second playthrough, it might take you as little as 8hrs.

Alright cool, I don't have class Tuesday so I think I'll try to blaze through it in a couple sittings over the next couple days. Thanks guys.

The gametime for me on the save file said 10:45. I must be a slow one.

I just beat this game also. I was worried I would play it and get stuck, luckley that did not happen. Naughty Dog did a great job with this game. Almost temped to buy it from Gamefly.

My advice: play 'Hard' difficulty first. It isn't too hard and it makes the intensity just right all game long IMHO. Took me about 10 hours first time through.

I finished the game in 7.5 hours on hard. Granted, I just went through it, I didn't go out of my way to look for artifacts or whatnot.

My first play through on Normal, it was about 10-11 hours but I was looking for all the treasures and died a lot.

It took me about 10 1/2 hours.

In this games case it is exactly long enough. Im looking forward to the next one. Im kinda hoping they make "Uncharted" the franchise and switch it up with new chars and whatnot, but it seems that Drake may turn into the PS3 mascot.
