hey yall I am new here and was wondering if anyone is using like big lazyboy type chairs in their theaters and how they look. I didnt realize how expensive theater seating was going to be. thanks .

Yeah in my first we used regular recliners.
They were very comfy and no complaints other than the look.

Next Theater we purchased a Lazy boy couch that had two recliners built in. That worked out really well as you could also lay down on it horizontally. We had a second row of real old-style theater seats and that was cool too.

This presently I am doing three rows of 3 theater chairs each. I will miss the couch a little though.

thanks for the reply. I think the recliners will seat better but I agree the look is not theater style. I was looking at something like this.....

I really dont know what to do on a tight budget. I also would hate to order some of chairs off the net like the ones I see on here without getting to sit in them first. anyone else using recliners?
