I just purchased a new Sony television with the Motionflow™ 120Hz Bravia engine along with a Sony BluRay player (BDP-S300). Both of these components are HDMI 1.3 capable.

My question is: If I run the HDMI through a receiver that is not HDMI 1.3 compliant, will I loose the functionality of 1080p AND 120Hz display? It is my understanding that HDMI versions below v1.3 are only capable of 1080p at 60Hz and not 120Hz. Is this true?

Also, does anyone know if the Sony STR-DG910 is capable of HDMI 1.3 pass-through?
