I purchased a broken iscan HD+ for $100:eek: and I was skeptical as well as releuctant sending it in and the repair bill was going to be a flat $300 which was well worth it , but when they got the unit in for repair and I was notified that the unit was a complete door stop.
Well they told me that I was going to get a NEW replacement unit:D , which really surprised me and I just wanted to share that info with you fellow members.:)

It was replaced with a new what, a new HD+ or a new VPxx model?

That is really cool. One of the main reasons why I went with DVDO was because of their generous trade in program especially when a new model is launched.

Does anyone here own a VP-20?
And if you do how is the picture output and how does this scaler measure up.:D
