I just changed the lamp on my Sharp 20k (for the first time). Although I've done a lamp timer reset on my Sharp 9000 several times, and the instructions say to do it the same way for the 20k, pressing Enter, Down, Right and the On button has no effect. Any ideas?

Never mind. It worked after about 10 attempts. Never had that much trouble with a reset on the 9k.
