I received my projector and mount today. I am having trouble figuring it out.

First off I only see 3 mounting holes - is this correct? These holes are not centered in any way with the projector.

Secondly I can get the 3 brackets to fit with the bracket, but one of the adjustable feet is inside the bracket. Is this a problem?

After I get everything secured I assume the leveling of the projector is done via the adjustable feet. I assume this is done after attaching it to the threaded pipe hanging from the ceiling.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. I see now this will not be installed one evening after I get home from work. I need to allow a full day for the complete installation.

You are correct...one of the "arms" will have the mount holes within the square part of the mount. It is sort of odd, but it works fine. The key thing is to make sure the arms are adjusted such that the main mount is as "weight" centered as possible.

Ideally you eye the square mounting plate such that from the side and front it is as parallel to the base of the projector as possible. Then after you hang it, fire up an image and see how it looks. If you find there is a side to side slope for instance, you slightly loosen the 3 screws on the front and 3 on the back, on the main RPA mount part. That will allow the projector to tilt side to side (you can also do this for front to back). Once leveled, retighten and you are good to go.

Hope that helps.

Thank you - I may get this installed after all working on it a few hours each evening.
