Hey everyone.
I have a KDS-R60XBR2 that is hooked up to to Charter Communications via
a cable card. When I press the Display button, regardless of the channel, the current program comes up, but it is always unrated. If I switch to the TV-Guide I get the rating display in the program description.
The end result here is that parental lock feature is not working on the TV. I have R and above locked.
Anyone else getting a rating on the currently channel when the "Display" button on the remote is pressed.
I assume the rating is suppose to come from the TV signal and maybe Charter isn't passing that through, although their website says one can control content with TV that have a v-chip.
