Hi All,

I finally got a new X360 Pro last night, I was seduced by BioShock.

I have a dumb question: how do I "delete" games from a user profile? For instance, my daughter started playing Halo3, but she accidentally put it on on a "Hard" setting; we want to delete the saved game file from the profile, is it possible? Is this something I would have to do within the Halo setting, and if so how?

Also, when playing Halo on single player off line, how does one pick up found items? My daughter has already found some things like small glowing lunch-box that was laying on the ground, but the instructions don't seem to tell us how to pick it up. There are some instructions for "forge" but they don't seem to work in the mode we use.

Thanks in Advance!

Saved games, as a rule, can be deleted from inside the game (look for button-cue labels on the save or load screen). Most game saves are also visible (and deletable) from the Memory pick of the System Blade. Do be careful there; you are working at the file system level. (Think: Windows Explorer.)
Have fun with your new 360 and don't forget to download the XBLA demos (there's an actual pick that will bring them all down in one fell swoop).

You can go to the system blade of the dashboard and go to memory.
Find games then delete.
You can always start a new game under a new user profile.
I thought with Halo you could switch the difficulty in game.

I don't think that you can pick up anything in halo except the weapons and skulls.

OK, thanks guys. I was able to find the "memory" area on the dashboard.

If I am not mistaken H3 is pretty easy to change the difficulty. No need to delete the game save to do that.

I can't seem to find the setting in H3. When you start a "new" game it prompts you for the level. If I look under things like "settings" is just has options for how the controller works and other environmental things. It is probably in there somewhere, but I haven't found it yet.

It's an option when you enter the Campaign lobby. You can pick the level you want to start on and the difficulty.
