Sorry for the newbie questions.

So my daughter and I are trying to set up a "local" split screen game, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it. We both set up profiles, but I can't seem to figure out how to put her on my friends list locally; nor can I invite her to the game in Halo.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think I solved the problem. The second controller needs to be initialized, before attempting multiplayer setup. The first controller needed no initialization, so it did not immediately occur to me.
