I have the GEARs of War game and NCAA 07 football game and want to play with a friend online with GEARs on the SAME team....but once He & I are online and selecting teams we can't select the same teams .........we have to chose opposite teams!!

Is this just the way it is???

Also on NCAA 07 football .......We can't select be on the same team OFFLINE or ONLINE so we have to play against each other!!!!!!

What am I doing wrong???

If you two are the only ones in the Gears room then you can't be on the same. Once a 3rd person pops in the room you can then jump to his team.

Iv'e tried this once but I couldn't get on the same team there was 4 people in the same room .......I'm going to try it again!!!!

That game might not allow uneven teams never played online before...

Gears won't allow uneven teams. Here is what you need to do.

1) Start a room.
2) Have you or your buddy go to one side and the other stay in the middle.
3) As soon as another player pops in the room, switch from the middle to your buddies team.
