I have been to the last 3 CES shows and every time I see an OLED display they have as much glare as any plasma I have ever seen.
I thought that OLED was a flexible technology that could be easily bent and formed. Do they really need this glare pane to produce the image or is it there to protect the screen.
The reason I ask is that Sony tends to make a huge deal about glare and LCD panels, yet they are promoting OLED as the future of TV.
I asked a friend of mine about this who works for Sony and he could not give me an answer.
