I understand that the Panasonic PTD7700U projector will support HD. My question is, how is it going to handle a 24/720p signal? Will it be downgrading it at all? I will connect via analog component cables I think, but I have the DVI-D module as well if that would be better.

The specs say that it supports 1080/24p, so can I assume that 720/24p will work?
