Can someone tell me what the color contrast controls are used for and how to set them ? Are there any test screens in Avia or Getgray to use with these controls ? Would messing around with these settings affect the overall grey scale as well as the color/tint controls . thanks

Are you talking about RGB contrast and RGB brightness ..? If so .. these are the grayscale controls.

You need instrumentation and proper test patterns to set this part. (AVIA and GG have the test patterns)

These are found in the Panny Adv menu not in the service menu.

ie W/B High R, G, B and W/B Low R, G ,B
