Thumbs up! Either those or "Bass Shakers". Just a different brand.
Do a search on how to hook them up. You'll need an amp.
Scott
By all means DO I have them in my riser and I also Have one of my amps on my riser also for added tactile response it is really great.
As for hooking them up there are various ways depending on how many are used etc. Go to the Subs and transducers formum and check out past threads, at least once the search function is working again on the forum.

Is your room in the basement or built on concrete otherwise?

I use them. I have good bass response. I like 'em.

Fro a contrary remark - I'm not a fan. I've sat in chairs that had them installed and did not liek the effect. Who knows, it could have been improper integration, time lag, or some other effect, but I much prefer just a good subwoofer implementation.

I am using 4 transducers for 3 couches and they bring a whole new dimension to watching movies. Big Thumbs UP!
As far as hooking them up will depend on how many you have and what ohm load you need to have without destroying the amp. I am running a 4ohm load for mine with two being in series the other two in series, then those are parallel to each other. Hopefully that makes sense.

The bass will be effective, but doesn't provide the real movement needed compared to a buttkicker attached to a couch, chair or platform. I have my SVS sub sitting on my floating platform. I also have two BK's mounted within the platform. There is noticable difference with and without the BK's engaged. The BK's give you the extra tac. feel that is more engaging than simply the sub alone.

That's a tough question as to how many. I know they are smaller than when I first installed mine...so I don't know if that changes the output or not. I have two installed in mine. I would do an est. of the number of pounds the platform with chairs will weight and call buttkicker to verify what they would recommend. I think their amps handle two bk's at a time.
