I have Dish top 100 plus local channels, a HD Plasma TV, a HD receiver (942) & I'm adding a 1000.2 dish. Do I also have to subscribe to the Dish premium 20 dollar package to receive HD broadcasts or with the stuff I have and am adding can I receive local and satellite subcription channels broadcasting in HD?
