Hello Guys and Girls,

I'm new here and looking for some lighting that will not cook my speakers while I am recording them (I will be recording for ~2hrs per seminar). The training that I am recording will be given by senior level exec's but I am hoping that someone can steer me in the right direction for a bargain.
