I should have made the title bewary if you have to send a dvd back to New Line. I sent my Pans Labyringh BD back after talking to them and explaining that I and others were not getting the advertised 7.1 surround sound. I was given an address and name to send the disc to but the company was named Cinram. After enough time passed I sent an e-mail asking when could I expect to get a disc back. Two weeks later I got an answer that I should recieve it before 2/5/08. No mention of what the audio problem was.

Well, today is the 2/8 and still no disc. I get a phone number and call the name I was given to find out that she no longer works for them. I'm given another name and a entirely new phone number at another location. I left a message there and am waiting for a call-back. I originally purchased the disc at Amazon and New Line knew that. So far, that's too much trouble if you ask me. I'll let you know the end result.

That sucks. I hope it all works out for you.

Whats silly is that there was no reason for them to ask for the disc in the first place. This is not a problem with individual discs. They could have pulled any copy off the shelf to look into it.

+1

I would have asked them to do that instead.

I can't remember why but I ended up with two disc. That's why I didn't mind sending them one. I tried calling this Brian guy again but his voice mail just comes on and he hasn't called me back either. I hate when you can't get a live person and no one calls you back. I simply hate that and hate businesses that allow that.
