have you used it yet? if so how is it working at this point? do you know if it has component out?

I'm sure all the video out is handled by the OS. If you can see desktop, you will be able to see XBMC.

I wonder if the codec is more efficient than the one packaged with OSX. Mainly, can Mac Mini's run 1080P content smoothly with XBMC.
