Well I guess the title says it all in this one, my red's look Magenta on my 4280 (and since magenta is a secondary color, it makes me think I need to remove a bit of blue in the RGB gain/cut, or similar, settings in the service menu). The problem being, I cannot get into the service menu on this TV; some people say, press "i" right below the 9 on the remote, wait 3 seconds, then do the LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, UP, POWER sequence, though I do not have an "i" button below the 9 on my remote so thats out, other people say hit "display" and do the sequence, other say just hit whatever button is below your 9 key on the remote and then do the sequence. Well, I have tried them all and none seem to work so if any of you can help me out with this it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

this may work .. others i've recorded state waiting *5 sec's* bf next step:

Pioneer Plasma service menu (how to check for hours on your panel)

To check the hours on your plasma, go into the Service Menu

Start with the plasma turned OFF
Make sure you point the remote directly at the IR sensor in the TV

Press DISPLAY on the remote (just press, do not hold)
*Wait 3 seconds (may need to use 4-6 seconds if 3 does not work on your set)*
Press LEFT, UP, LEFT, RIGHT then POWER

If done correctly, the plasma turns on and the INFORMATION page is displayed

Then use the down arrow to page through to page 5
PANEL = the time the set has been on
MTB = the time the set has been plugged in

When you finish press the HOME MENU button

BE CAREFUL NOT TO CHANGE ANY SETTINGS! JUST LOOK!

Ok great, that worked. Now my question is how do I adjust the RGB gain/cut? Which page and how do I edit such things?
