I have about an inch of overscan on my Sanyo TV, and this TV has no options for adjusting overscan, just the regular brightness/contrast/etc adjustments. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Is this a CRT television? If so, you won't be able to adjust the overscan settings. TVs overscan to hide the blanking information present in analog signals.
