When I got Power DVD Ultra 7.3 via download, I bought the cd also but got version 3319e. Cyberlink gave me link to v 3319a. No problems watching Blue Ray and HD DVD after processing with Any DVD. Unfortunately I did not make a copy of this before applying patch 3730. No playback now. I saw Kiriakos's post, however I have no 3319a to reinstall. I tried downloading 3319a but I can't seem to open the file even after downloading the bit torrent software. I think I need the CLBDROMNav.ax and HDDVDADVNav.dll files from 3319a. Being a newbie at this can someone point me to where I can get some guidance with this? I have OEM HL-DT-ST BD-RE GGW-H10N combo drive. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tangone
Franky speaking, why don't you ask Cyberlink give you the link to v 3319a again? Easy way, right?

Thanks for the suggestion, tried that and they say hard drive playback no longer suppported. After much trial and error I finally downgraded 3319e to 3319a. Worked fine untill today. Not only cannot play from hard drive, but will not even play my original HD DVD and Blue Ray discs! This occured after my computer automatically made a Vista patch. After reinstalling 3319e, I had to activate again and now I have 3730. This now says my computer is non HDCP compliant. What ********. At least my media center will play both
Blue Ray and HD DVD. I'm in the process of reinstalling 3319e again to see what happens. I'll probably have to find some kind of work around for 3730 to view from my hard drive. What draconian tactics Cyberlink makes a loyal customers do makes me feel like they don't care about the public. Very frustrating.
