I just received my copy of the "CORRECTED" version and tried PCM as the Audio Out. On Chapter 21, the single piano note, I have distortion, in the form of static, through out that sequence. I am playing it on a Sony BDP-S2000ES and an Anthem D2 firmware 1.21b. Anyone else hear it?
Thanks
I've watched Eyes a couple of times and I have never heard a distortion in the audio. And yes I listened to the PCM track.
What "corrected" version?

What "corrected" version?
I'm not sure myself. The invoice from Warner stared the title as "Eyes Wide Shut" (CORRECTED). I vaguely remember reading something about an error in the original issue, but cannot recall any specifics.
As for the distortion, I really noticed it on Chapter 21. If no one else has experienced it; I'll call Warner for an exchange.

It's probably in reference to the fact that the disc does not include the theatrical version of the film.

The original back cover stated it had both the theatrical and uncensored edition. So, it was a packaging mistake. The disc only has the uncensored edition.
The "corrected" version should have a new cover insert, or an additional sticker.

I contacted Warner and was told there was an issue with the PCM track and the CR thought that was one of the reasons for the "Corrected" version and that perhaps I did not get the new disc. They are sending another disc and asked me to hold on to the original. If the new one has the same distortion, they want me to return both.
