Do all of the HD camcorders shoot in 16:9

What is the best way to store your video ( I want a hard drive or flash based camera for sure) I was thinking a Blu Ray burner might be the best option?

Do they all shoot at 1080/24 fps

What are the major advantages of the 2008 models vs the 2007's

16:9 is the HD standard.
Flash memory for me. No moving parts. Too much at risk in a non-removeable HD.
To me 24 frames is an attempt to copy film's worst feature.
Each camera has its merits as well as detractors - and things just keep getting better and cheaper.
Think about the whole process - including the kind of editing you want to do.

Good luck!

I don't believe I want to do much editing but not sure. Have a newborn son and need a video camera and I have a good TV( Pioneer Kuro) so I don't wanna waste money on a bad camcorder. So if you are using flash drives do you just buy multiple drives and when they are full you store them away and get new ones? Basically having a library of flash drives full of videos?

Is it any easy process to get the files burned onto a blu ray if I wanted to and is that easier with a hard drive based camcorder or a flash drive one.....and will simply burning them to blu ray be an easy process if I have a year old laptop which isn't all that great(no editing)
