I'm using two channels of an old Yamaha 5.1 amp for a pair of crowson transducers and their pre-amp. I'd like to replace it with something smaller. I need 80 to 100 watts for 2 channels into 6 ohms down to 1 Hz. I also want the "volume" to be remotely controlled by IR. That's the problem with the Crowson amp and the Buttkicker amp--no remote volume control. I find it useful to be able to vary the amplitude of motion by source. Some need more amplitude and some need less. Any suggestions in the $200-300 range?
