My slingbox pro gets a feed through a two-sided HD connect cable/block, one side which connects to and feeds a signal to the slingbox via an rgb/colorstream panel, and the other side is an rgb/colorstream connection that is supposed to pass through the connection block and send the signal to your tv/monitor.

The audio on mine is fine, but the picture is unusable. It looks like numerous horizontal lines filling the screen, and you can see colors and make out that it is seeing some sort of picture, but it's not being presented correctly. I've read of entering the diagnostic/maintenance menu and changing the format, etc., so I tried it and I can tell that the menu comes up, but it's still filled with thin horizontal lines and the menu cannot be read.

Any ideas? I can't seem to find this problem on the forum.....
