I don't think any projectors have sound. You need a receiver and you will connect the audio from the Xbox to that.

Most projectors do not have speakers. A few business models do. What you need to do for audio is connect an optical or coaxial audio cable from your source (dvd player/cable box) to your audio receiver.

I think most XBOX360 HDMI cables also include a TOSLINK optical out. This is what you would connect to your receiver.
Another option is the new Epson MovieMate 72. It has an integrated DVD player, an HDMI input for your XBOX, and 4 internal internal speakers for surround sound playback. It won't drive external speakers though, for that you would still need a receiver. It has a subwoofer output port that you can connect to an external powered subwoofer however.
The HD65/HC1500 are better projectors, and you will certinly get much better surround sound using a receiver / speakers, but this unit does have the advantage of being very portable, and has sub $200 replacement lamps.

Most new receivers have HDMI in/out ports, so you first go HDMI from the XBOX to the receiver, then HDMI from the receiver to the projector.
Doesn't help if you've already got an older non-HDMI receiver you want to use, but if you are buying new it's an option to make sure you get.
