Hi! :)
I was just wondering whether NTSC or PAL DVD's are preferable for projection? Will one look or "feel" better than the other when projected? I know that when I step-frame through NTSC DVD's on my PC there are weird artifacts from the 3:2 pulldown process... So should I collect PAL instead?
Also, I like the feature-set of the Yamaha LPX, with its various color tweaks, for example being able to pick a super-low color temperature for viewing black-and-white films. What other projectors offer features like that? Do any of them offer better or more features than the Yamaha LPX, or better picture quality, or higher resolution? The projector info website lists a lot of technical information, but not a lot of these extra tweaks and settings, so it wasn't a great deal of help.
What's the next-best source to eBay for finding a low price on a projector? Sometimes the prices are quite low, but it's not always apparent that the seller actually knows much about the merchandise...
Ok, thanks again, bye!
