Whats going on with the Aspect Ratio on CBS? For some bizarre reason. CBS is showing some of the day programing including the local news in what looks like a widescreen with smaller pillarboxes and bars on top and bottom.

Note: I just noticed the SD version of the local CBS station showing letterboxes now. Seems like the local news is broadcasting in some sort of widescreen that shows letterboxes on 4:3 TVs and Pillarboxes and letterboxes on 16:9 HDTVs.
