I am using a Harmony 880 and I would like to know if there a way to change the sequence order when I press the off key? I'm having a problem turning off all my devices which include Optoma HD80 projector and Denon 3808ci receiver. The method of turning the Optoma off is two power codes in quick succession. The problem I am having is as follows....The remote first turns off the Denon receiver, however the receiver stays on for about .5 to .7 seconds after it receives the power off code. The next code from the remote is the first of two power codes to the Optoma, the projector accepts this first power code. The problem is the denon actually ends up turning off at this point, after the first Optoma power code, but before the remote sends the 2nd power code to the projector. When the denon turns off, it stops sending the HDMI signal to the Optoma, which causes the Optoma to become all confused and does not accept the 2nd power code from the remote. If I prevent the denon from turning off, the projector accepts both power codes and shuts down. I would like to have the remote send both power codes for the Optoma before it sends the off code to the Denon. Sorry this is so long winded, any suggestions perhaps?

Thanks

-Eric

It's not something we as end users can directly change, but if you phone tech support they should be able to do it for you.

Eric, did you ever get this straightened out? I'm wondering the same and I need to change my shutdown order.

You could add a power off to the end of the activities that use the device, so when the off button does get pushed then it will think its the second push... Maybe?
