I am trying to pair an Intermatic HA-02 appliance switch with my Harmony 890. I go through the setup as directed by the software but I constantly get "Not paired" when the update is complete. Any help is appreciated.

Don't forget to press the black button on the HA-02 to complete the pairing.

I'm not sure what you mean by that as I press the button each time the remote tells me to do so. I have spent far too many hours trying to get this setup and I am becoming quite unhappy with the harmony because of it.
