where the hell do you get this thing? i've already beaten all the arena challenges on planet murok, and i still don't have it. i beat the pirate level, and i had to skip all the golden bolts behind the pirate doors. any help is appreciated.

I think you get it later on when you meet the pirates again.

yep, i got it. i didn't realize they'd have you backtrack like that.

You get it way later, second time you are invited back. You can use it many times in the game, including going into previously unavailable areas on the planet you first meet the pirates. There is an area that is unavailable without it. Remember to come back to this planet.
