The Harmony datacentre is currently off-line due to a networking error. We expect this issue to be resolved within the next 4 hours.
We strongly recommend that you try again later today. However, if you need to make changes now then you can use our web based version of the setup software by opening a web browser and going to http:\\members.harmonyremote.com\easyzapper.
Note: When updating your remote using the web based version with Internet Explorer , the update will be stopped and a yellow banner displayed at the top of the browser window. Click on the banner and select "Download File" . A download window will be displayed. Click "Open" to continue.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Great to know that Logitech knows where to find us and will send out info like this.

So THAT's why my Harmony software kept saying there were problems with my network.
Only trouble is, the web based version didn't work either!

The Web version doesn't do anything when I try to update the remote. It downloads one little file, then just sort of sits there. (This happens no matter what browser I use.)

Worked for me last night also. Be sure you have all pop-up blockers turned of as there is more than one pop-up item that needs to run.

When it failed to run for me I simply hit Cancel. Runs satisfactorily the second time. YMMV

As of 5:00 pm Pacific time on Fri the 22nd I still can't connect to the server. I've tried the Harmony software, the above posted link and also the www.myremotesetup.com and none of them work for me on either of my two Macintosh's (PPC & Intel based).

I just used the website linked above to update my 880 again at 8:00PM central time. So I think you are having issues with your browser, or internet provider.
