It's not really an "offer", but I just got put on a $39.99/month plan for Digital Preferred + Showtime for one year. It's another $7 for the HD box, but I get basically every channel they offer with the exception of HBO, Starz, TMC, Cinemax, and the Sports Entertainment tier. I've been a customer for years, and I got it by complaining about the lack of HD channels in my area.
