LOST PLANET looks HOTT! Does anyone know if the demo or this game upscales to 1080p?

I hated this on 360..the only redeeming quality was the online experience

I downloaded the demo for this but didn't make past 3 minutes before I turned it off. Everything seems to pale in comparison to COD4.

It was too slow for me compared to TF2. It was fun, just wish it was a little quicker. The grapple was fun though. I turned off the game when I saw people in mechs though...

The 360 version plays MUCH better than the PS3 demo , I played hours and hours of LP online with the 360 and I had to delete the PS3 demo after about 10 minutes of playing .

this game is overall very....blah.

after so many awesomesauce games, it just doesn't do anything all that great. Theres no "WOW" moments like cod4 or GRAW or Halo(to me) or Gears of war. I haven't played RFoM since I dont have a ps3 yet, but on the 360 it was simply an average game. you wouldnt miss it if you skipped it at all.

I would only use the word "HOT" if the word GARBAGE followed when talking about this game. The game looks like it should be on the PS1.

I didn't like it, and it was too confusing to determine who was on my team and who was the enemy. Maybe I'm too retarded for this game, I don't know, but never-the-less I won't be buying it.

I got LP the week it came out on 360.

Save your money for something else. We have enough good games coming out this yr for ps3. LP won't be one of them.

I heard this was a particularly bad port, which is just pathetic considering Capcom can clearly code PS3 games.

I rented this game, it was decent, good multiplayer but the singleplayer... it felt like they cut out a lot of stuff and ended up shipping a very pared down game. Worth renting on 360 at least.

I was just browsing on amazon, and they have this game listed for 39.99 when it launches. I checked gamestop to find the same price. I think its a great idea to put it at 40$ instead of 60. It definitely encourages me to buy vs rent. Even if the game isn't fantastic, it won't blow a hole in my wallet.

Your team members will have their names above them and the enemy wont.

If your one of the "I don't support bad ports" types then skip this one. I've seen the comparison shots and I've seen video of the PS3 version and it looks horrid in comparison to the 360 version. It's too bad to because the 360 version was freakin pretty, this one has flat looking textures, worse lighting, and less blur effect. Anyway as others have stated there's too much good out there right now to bother with this.

I had Lost planet for the 360 but never liked the MP ,The single player was great (IMO) guns, mechs, akrid....etc. fun game!
