View Full Version : CBS HD NCAA Basketball: St John's at Duke 2-23-08
SNF Mixer 02-23-08, 11:10 AM New client today! I am mixing the St.John's at Duke basketball game this afternoon on CBS at 4 pm ET. It's a regional game.
The other regional match-ups are:
Arkansas at Kentucky
Navy at Army
Kansas and Oklahoma State
I doubt I'll look in during the game. I'll be busy learning a new show and a new production crew (well, new to me). I might look in at halftime and I'll check in after the game to read your thoughts.

The 5.1 for Army/Navy was great, except for Gus Johnson coming from the center channel.:p

Except that they barely showed any of the 2nd half of the Duke game. In both cases they didn't give any updates of the games they had broken away from. I've never seen such contempt toward their viewers.

I know I'm late to the party, but as my screen went blank with less than a minute to go w/Kentucky, I thought I was watching the Soprano's finale.
Not that I'm a fan of one team over the other, but it was unconscionable for CBS to switch over to the Duke game - which hadn't even started yet.

I'm not sure how this is media bias. The Duke (yes I'm a fan) game was a blow out and the UK game was close! I'd be p*ed too! It sounds like CBS just screwed up.
