We have had our PACE Micro TDC779X less than a month and we're having an issue with it. We can only use the remote to adjust the volume (up/down/mute) and turn the tv on and off. We can't change the channels on the DVR or even power it off from the set top. The buttons on the set top itself aren't working either. What gives?? Thank you!
