here's how the DVD storage cabinets look open...lots of room to expand

Here's the Wii and the Xbox 360 Elite
  • 1 - component cabinet top to bottom
HR20-700 - 750GB esata in cabinet below components
    Toshiba HD-A20 HD-DVD player
Onkyo TX-SR705 Reciever - running in 7.1 channel surround (you can see one of the surrounds in the 2nd picture)
    Onkyo 5 disk CD changer
  • 2 - storage for DVDs/CDs etc
  • 3 - 65" Toshiba 1080p DLP
  • 4 - center channel cabinet with Infinity Minuette center
  • 5 - Infinity Minuette fronts
  • 6 - Infinity BU-1 powered subwoofer
  • 7 - decomissioned R15-100
  • 8 - cabinet with Wii and Xbox 360 Elite
  • 9 - wife's collection of VHS movies that she is having a hard time letting me give to charity
So far I am rather happy with how this has all turned out. We just finished the basement this year. The wife's requirement for a big screen was that it was housed in a nice cabinet. We spent more on the dang cabinet than on the HDTV!

New speakers are next on my list. The minuettes sound rather good for being 10 years old, but I'm sure some new speakers will sound 100 times better.
