I do remember talking to some people about the Global problem but don't remember who or when as it was some time back.

Looks like you did get the Global notice that the NITA should be contacting you. I am not surprised you haven't got the "we are working on the logistics notice" yet from the NTIA.

You are now probably in the invisible NTIA list or consumers who got a problem with a retailer who could not deliver.

I say invisible because the NTIA has never issued a Alert for any of these companies and unless you were part of the scam or read about it most people would never know anything happened.

I say they keep it invisible so people think this program is running with little to no problems.

They too cached coupons without a product and told customers they will get a notice from the NTIA.
The only company that I know of to get a NITA alert was MicroProse.
They did redeem a few of the early coupons but their staff has donated their own coupons to customers who lost their coupons because of that alert.

The problem the had was that they were approved to sell the Digital only MPI-500 and they were taking orders for the PassThru MPI-500PT*

I doubt that Global will donate any coupons and the NTIA has been supposedly working on the "logistics" for quite some time now so the best thing you can do is get coupons from someone else.
