How hard (or easy) is it to install and set up Panamorph UH480?

I had a local installer set up my projector and screen about a month ago with the thought that I would have the lens installed later due to finances. Well, I'm ready for the lens but a couple of things have happened that make me not want to have this installer come do any more work for me ( I won't get into all that). Anyway, we had planned on the Panamorph with either the manual or powered sled and the projector was mounted with the Chief mount recommended by Panamorph. Due to the circumstances I'm wanting to do the install myself if it's not too difficult. Any advice from those with know-how?

The projector is a Pioneer PRO-FPJ1 and the throw is about 175" to a Da-Lite 115" (diagonal) 2.35:1 screen. I think I want to go with the powered sled just because I'm lazy and don't want to reach up to move it.

I would highly recommend going with their attachment plate that sits between the chief mount and the projector. The plate allows for perfect set up for the lens and the projector with the predrilled holes for proper allignment.

I'm using the 480, with the attachment plate and the manual slide. I had no problems getting everything lined up properly.

You can see some pics of my Panamorph set up at this thread: http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=1188788

I have the AK8Pro mounting plate with the MTH1 manual sled and UH480 lens. I had no problems mounting this by myself, though I did leave the lens off to reduce weight while sliding it onto the Cheif RPA

If you have basic DIY skills save some $$$ and make your own mounting, really simple via Home Depot.
Mine before I did my DIY slide, instead of piece of wood you'd mount the Panamorph manual or power slide, what every way you choose.
