I look forward to these new products, too. Don't look past Musical Fidelity's AMS series of products though. They are creating buzz also and a higher price point.

MF products are too expensive nowadays. When class d becomes better and products like the NAD M2 becomes cheaper they need to invent something new other than hanging to their image and branding.

Class D is good but it will never beat a Pure Class A, Class D has a long way too go, they are getting better like the Rotel Class D amplifier Rotel has worked hard on they New Class D amplifiers.

Yes the AMS35i is a very expensive Amp because it is a 35w Pure Class A Amplifier a Class A Amplifier is alway conducting Class A/B that the Conducting is On and Off so 35w in a Class A will be about 750w Class A/B. the Amp are awesome

That's not the only reason it is very expensive.

I wouldn't go that far. Class D has very high damping ratio and power. Of course by class d I was referring to the new generation from NAD. Rotel is based on ICE stuff which are decent for the price but certainy not the best.

I have all of the projected rrp pricing for the new range in Australia if anyone is interested.

What are the rules of posting such things to a forum??
The distributor sent them all to me when I enquired about the M6i, not that they are secret or anything, but not sure if I should just put them out there like that.....

cheers
TB
