Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade 2009

Starting a thread for the 2009 edition of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Going to be interesting as, for the first time, there's a new route. It will still pass Macy's, but it will be coming down 6th Avenue instead of Broadway. The reason is that the city has turned large parts of Broadway into pedestrian malls, so no (or very limited) traffic allowed.

Camera positions may be different, and they may have to things differently for the performances that were right outside Macy's front door on Broadway.
